Hello friends,

You know about the Great Commission:

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore[ and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; (Matthew 28;18-20)

and maybe you are familiar with the Great Commandment:

Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment.
(Matthew 22:37-38)

So what is the Great Exchange?

… He [God] made Him who knew no sin [Jesus] to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. (2 Corinthians 5:21)

Why would anyone reject such an offer? – we give Jesus our sin, He gives us His righteousness. Without this exchange there is no forgiveness, no hope of heaven, no Great Commission and no power to obey the Great Commandment.

Please join us Sunday evening as we read about, sing about, think about, celebrate, and worship God because of…. the Great Exchange.

in Christ alone,

Steve Conrad
