AWANA is an International, non-denominational, Bible-centered youth organization that provides weekly clubs and programs (during the school year) for three-year olds through high school. The name, AWANA (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed), is taken from 2 Timothy 2:15, the program’s key verse. Faith Bible Church’s Awana club is charter# 2211 and has been in existence for almost 20 years.

The Awana night includes unique and exciting games around the Awana circle, a time of reciting memorized Bible verses, and a time of teaching from the Bible that promotes good character. Clubbers compete for points as members of one of four teams in all of these activities. They earn awards and prizes as they win races and complete sections in the Bible memory books.
