DinoDetectives Vacation Bible Time Registration

To register your child for VBT, please send an email to vbs@faith-bible.org and include the following information.  If you would like, you can copy and paste the following list to your email message and then fill in the details.

¨ Child’s name

¨ Child’s age

¨ Child’s grade entering next school year

¨ Child’s complete address

¨ Parent or guardian’s phone numbers 

¨ Email address to confirm pre-registration

¨ Whether or not a ride is needed on our bus or van

¨ Any food allergies

¨ Any questions or comments

¨ Name of parent, guardian, or person pre-registering the child
